Dr. Vanessa Eedy ND
Dr. Vanessa Eedy is a Naturopathic Doctor born and raised in London, Ontario, committed to helping individuals reclaim their energy, vitality, and confidence. She earned her Bachelor of Medical Science from Western University in 2021 and her Doctor of Naturopathy from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2025. Her academic and research background has strongly shaped her evidence-informed approach to care. She has previously been involved in research on repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) at Parkwood Institute Mental Health, contributed to a published scoping review on olive oil and mental health in the British Journal of Nutrition, and continues to be actively engaged in research exploring the relationship between diet and mental health. These experiences have shaped her approach to care and strengthened her commitment to combining current research with thoughtful, individualized clinical care.
In clinical practice, Dr. Eedy is passionate about supporting individuals navigating stress, chronic fatigue, sleep disturbances, and mental health, recognizing the profound impact these challenges can have on both physical health and quality of life. She is dedicated to helping patients reconnect with their sense of self through compassionate, individualized care. She also supports patients in restoring gut health and finding greater comfort in their daily lives, with a deep appreciation for the body’s natural ability to heal. This same passion extends to empowering women through every stage of life, from navigating the ups and downs of menstruation to the transitions of perimenopause and menopause. With each person, she explores sustainable, personalized strategies to promote long-term wellness and longevity, tailored to their unique needs. Her approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration, with the goal of ensuring every patient feels heard, understood, and supported.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Eedy is an avid lover of nature, often spending her time hiking, swimming, or exploring the outdoors. She can also be found at the piano, in the kitchen cooking, or enjoying meaningful time with her family and close friends. These moments remind her of the importance of balance, joy, and connection in everyday life, and they shape how she shows up for her patients, fostering a compassionate and grounded approach to care. She looks forward to walking alongside each individual on their health journey, helping them feel empowered, supported, and never alone.

Mr. Jared Maguire
If you’re feeling tight, tense, or like your body is holding onto stress or pain that just won’t let go, you’re not alone—and you’re not imagining it. Many of the people I work with come in feeling stuck, whether it’s from chronic pain, lingering stress, or the emotional weight of things they’ve been carrying for years.
In our sessions, I take a gentle, fascial-focused approach. That means I work with the connective tissue—the web that holds everything in your body together—and I do it in a slow, intentional way. It’s not about forcing anything; it’s about listening to your body and helping it unwind and recalibrate at its own pace.
This kind of work often helps people who feel like traditional therapy, massage, or stretching just didn’t go deep enough or didn’t last. Whether you’re dealing with tension headaches, jaw clenching, back pain, fatigue, or even anxiety that lives in your body, these treatments aim to restore movement and create a sense of calm in your nervous system.
Many clients tell me they leave feeling lighter—like they can breathe more deeply, move more freely, or think more clearly. The pain may not disappear overnight, but they start noticing real change: fewer flare-ups, deeper sleep, less reactivity to stress, and more ease in their everyday lives.
If your body feels like it’s been in survival mode for too long, this kind of care might be what it needs to feel safe, supported, and begin to heal.

Mr. Sienko holds a B.Sc. in Psychology from Brandon University and a Post-Degree Diploma in Counseling from George Brown College, providing a robust theoretical framework for his practice.
For 35 years, Mr. Sienko has been dedicated to the fields of counseling and group work, guiding individuals and groups through transformative processes of personal and professional development. His expertise extends to the facilitation of non-ordinary states of consciousness, a practice he has cultivated for two decades, which can be invaluable in helping individuals process complex emotions, find inner peace, and reframe their experience during illness.
