Hello, my name is Heather. I am a trauma and violence informed Reiki Practitioner, dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward authenticity and personal growth. As a member of the Canadian Reiki Association and a mother of two wonderful teenagers, I bring empathy, real-life experience, and a passion for holistic well-being to my practice. I enjoy camping, live music and reading.
My personal introduction to Reiki in 2016 was transformative and inspired me to pursue advanced training. In 2023, I completed the Usui Holy Fire ® III Reiki Master Teacher program deepening my understanding and commitment to this healing art. My practice is strengths-based and spiritually guided, ensuring a safe, comfortable and non-judgmental environment for self-exploration. I like to incorporate humour, when appropriate, to reduce stress and encourage relaxation, freeing you to have a renewed and enlightened perspective.
I believe that everyone is born with innate abilities and wisdom, sometimes called our inner voice, wise mind, or higher self. In today’s overstimulated world, it is easy to feel disconnected from this inner guidance. As a Reiki Practitioner, I am committed to helping you reconnect to your wise mind, fostering greater joy, peace, and resilience in your daily life. My goal is to raise consciousness and support you in living your most genuine and authentic life.
I look forward to working with you and sharing the many benefits of Reiki. Please feel free to reach out to learn more and schedule a session. Together, we can embark on a journey toward healing, self discovery, and lasting well-being.

Stacey has been practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for over 12 years and has been a member in good standing with the CTCMPAO (College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario) since 2013. As a Registered Acupuncturist, she uses a variety of TCM modalities, including acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, gua sha, eastern nutrition and more, to help clients restore their health naturally and support them in working toward their wellness goals.
Since Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is a complete system of healthcare that takes into account someone’s entire health picture, acupuncture and other TCM modalities can be used to treat virtually any non-urgent concerns. It treats the whole person, not just the symptoms or issues they are presenting with, so people will often report significant shifts in their mood and energy levels, better sleep, improved digestion and an overall increased ability to cope with stressors, in addition to the concerns they’ve come in for. Stacey’s goal has always been to help people see that everything is connected and they truly have all they need to be well. Sometimes the body just needs a bit of gentle support in the right direction.
Stacey has extensive experience treating a wide range of health concerns, with a special interest in helping clients manage stress and mental/emotional health, and all of the many imbalances this can cause in the body. Above all, she is committed to providing each client with compassionate, non-judgemental care and a safe space to heal.

If you’re feeling tight, tense, or like your body is holding onto stress or pain that just won’t let go, you’re not alone—and you’re not imagining it. Many of the people I work with come in feeling stuck, whether it’s from chronic pain, lingering stress, or the emotional weight of things they’ve been carrying for years.
In our sessions, I take a gentle, fascial-focused approach. That means I work with the connective tissue—the web that holds everything in your body together—and I do it in a slow, intentional way. It’s not about forcing anything; it’s about listening to your body and helping it unwind and recalibrate at its own pace.
This kind of work often helps people who feel like traditional therapy, massage, or stretching just didn’t go deep enough or didn’t last. Whether you’re dealing with tension headaches, jaw clenching, back pain, fatigue, or even anxiety that lives in your body, these treatments aim to restore movement and create a sense of calm in your nervous system.
Many clients tell me they leave feeling lighter—like they can breathe more deeply, move more freely, or think more clearly. The pain may not disappear overnight, but they start noticing real change: fewer flare-ups, deeper sleep, less reactivity to stress, and more ease in their everyday lives.
If your body feels like it’s been in survival mode for too long, this kind of care might be what it needs to feel safe, supported, and begin to heal.

Are you ready to rediscover and live as the True You? Imagine what possibilities could open up in your life if you trusted your gut, heart and intuition. If you didn’t feel bogged down by the experiences that shaped your past. If you could let go of your fears and self-doubt.
Over the past 20+ years, I have had the privilege to accompany many individuals and families on their journey of healing and self-discovery. As an Integrative Energy Healer, I combine coaching, therapeutic techniques and energy medicine/healing modalities to address the obstacles that block you from being your true self and help you to heal and grow at all levels – physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
After years trying to resolve my own emotional and physical health issues that stemmed from my childhood abandonment wounds, it wasn’t until I found energy medicine that my quality of life began to improve dramatically. And now I help children and adults to overcome their particular challenges and reconnect to their authentic selves. Some of the areas that our sessions can address include emotional issues, fears and phobias; physical symptoms like chronic pain, headaches, muscle tension and poor sleep; neurodiversity challenges; relationship and family dynamics; inner peace and fulfillment; self-trust and much more.
Energy Healing Sessions with me are safe, non-invasive and effective. I combine Western and Eastern medicine and the science of Quantum Physics, Unified Physics and Biophysics. I also draw upon my knowledge of epigenetics and generational/ancestral trauma, child development, autism spectrum and related disorders, soul work, mediumship, and my own personal healing journey.
During our sessions, I will create a sacred space for you. I invite you to come as you are; there is no expectation to show up a certain way. And I will meet you with compassion and non-judgment. This is a safe place to share your deepest longings and fears, be imperfect and messy, bring your curiosity and playfulness, and shine brightly.
To learn more about Energy Healing and how working together may help your particular needs, please book a free 15-minute virtual consultation.
